The World's Greatest Hurricane
1) ARTI was in Mata Moros, Mexico when the hurricane landed and
worked the death and destruction for 1,500 miles. ARTI experienced 20 tornadoes,
3 landslides, 2 flash floods and was soaking wet for 1 1/2 months. Copp got a
fungus, which he has kept for 10 years, and sores all over his body the size of
silver dollars. This is a picture of Copp and A Central American ARTI member
after things had calmed down. We are standing in front of this Cuban trawler
which smashed into this Hotel. The winds were sustained at 240 miles per hour
with gusts over 300 miles per hour. People were blown out to sea like blowing
pepper off a plate.

American Rescue Team International is a 501(c)3 not for profit organization. Organized and duly constituted under the laws of the State of California since 1985. At international disasters we were called the `American Rescue Team' because we were the only Americans saving lives at foreign disasters, the name stuck!
